TEAMS INTERVIEW

In the first interview, you and the hiring manager will have the opportunity to get to know each other better. You'll be asked to take us through your career history and talk about any skills and experience that match the role requirements.

OFFICE-BASED INTERVIEW

For this meeting, you'll be invited to the TAG office at which the role is located. You'll meet with the hiring manager and be given the opportunity to meet the team and get a feel for the role.

JOB OFFER

If successful, you'll receive the job offer by phone call. This will be followed up in writing with an offer letter and contract of employment.

How we hire OUR CREW

As safety is one of the core values of TAG Aviation, we employ only the most talented crew who bring a wealth of experience and knowledge.

CREW RESOURCES INTERVIEW

In the first interview, you will speak with a member of our crew resources team to discuss the role in more detail and establish your previous experience.

OCCUPATIONAL PERSONALITY QUESTIONNAIRE

As part of the regulations, pilots will be required to take a personality test which will look at their preferred way of working.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW

In this interview, you'll meet with one of our Client Aviation Managers and a representative from our People department. During this interview, we'll be asking technical and behavioural questions.

SIMULATOR ASSESSMENT/ TRIAL FLIGHT

If successful at the interview stage, pilots will be required to attend a simulator assessment and cabin crew a trial flight.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL TEST

In line with regulations, crew members will be required to carry out drug and alcohol tests at recruitment stage.

JOB OFFER

If successful, you'll receive the job offer by phone call. This will be followed up in writing with an offer letter and contract of employment
