Summary of Position
The Client Responsible Manager (CRM) is the dedicated project and daily account manager. The CRM deals with all types of client’s requests (except trip) and resolve crew issues, operational issues, insurance and client requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
General
- Responsible for aircraft management client accounts from the first days of the Agreement until termination.
- Pro-active monitoring of client accounts.
- To maintain good working relationship with the client and client’s representative.
- Overview of aircraft financial status.
- Suggest changes when required by specific clients or market development.
Start-up & Termination
- Supervision of aircraft induction “start-up” process.
- Establish a relationship with the Client and/or Client’s office or representative.
- Obtain essential information for meetings and following up all action items need to be completed in timely manner.
- Prepare take-over from BD – ensure all relevant Client and aircraft information is collected.
- Handle requests on aircraft sale.
- Supervision of smooth exit and handover to the next operator or assist in the sale process.
Operations
- Monitor aircraft operations to ensure the smooth running of the assigned accounts.
- Communicate with Clients and/or representatives on a regular basis to maintain and build a trusting relationship.
- Monitor accounts pro-actively by liaising with all departments to ensure all relevant information to be distributed correctly.
- Liaise with other TAG entities, vendors and suppliers while maintaining a good relationship to ensure TAG has the most updated information.
- Handle requests on aircraft/crew base change, aircraft type change, change of registration and aircraft financing / re-financing.
- Compile incident report and explanation to client when necessary.
- Coordinate with FMT team on incident report and insurance claims submission.
- Follow up with insurance brokers and underwriters to achieve shortest lead time in insurance claims.
- Delivering message to client whenever a renewal of the company policy (e.g. annual leave and travel policy).
- Liaise with CAM and FMT to present the scheduled maintenance plan to the client and seek client’s approval.
- Coordinate enrolments on Maintenance Support Plans (MSPs) as required.
- Communicate between Clients and TAG for flight crew recruitment in order to achieve shortest lead time in crew recruitment.
- Communicate with the flight crew proactively to ensure the crew understand the client’s expectation.
- Ensure aircraft insurance certificates are in order.
Reporting
- Produce monthly reports for Clients.
- Organize annual client reviews.
- Advisory role to provide early warning of potential problems.
Job requirements

Requirements:
- Fully qualified with relevant academic qualification
- More than 5 years aviation industry experience and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Financially competent in setting and meeting budgets
- Ability to work independently and drive for results
- Knowledge of local aviation regulatory environment and statutory requirements
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
