JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide administrative support for the organization’s Safety Management System (SMS)

  • Assist in conducting internal safety and compliance audits per the audit programme

  • Coordinate in safety occurrences investigation and monitor preventive recommendations

  • Assist in risk assessments to identify potential hazards under guidance

  • Support the collection and monitoring trends of Safety Performance Indicators (SPI)

  • Participate in safety committee meetings and prepare presentation materials

  • Coordinate the planning of safety promotional activities and awareness campaigns

  • Support the administration of the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) programme

  • Maintain and update internal manuals and documentation

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support safety and compliance operations

Job requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline

  • Candidates with a strong interest in aviation will also be considered

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • A basic understanding of aviation regulations and SMS principles will be an advantage
