Digital Marketer
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing campaigns to promote TAG Aviation on a global scale. Key responsibilities include analysing and reporting campaign performance using data driven insights, creating engaging content that distinguishes TAG from our competitors, optimising web pages for search engines, managing social media engagement and introducing GEO/AEO iniatives for AI platforms.
This role reports to the Global Marketing Director and involves close day to day collaboration with Marketing representatives across Europe and Asia; therefore a strong international mindset is essential. We are looking to enhance our digital marketing approach and further develop our online presence, so a creative Marketing professional with creative flair and innovative ideas will be most welcome.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties and Accountabilities
Support, define and deliver the social media strategy
Maintain and update the Company website (Umbraco Platform)
Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics
Manage paid social medial campaigns (Google Ads, PPC)
Lead SEO and GEO initiatives
Regularly update the company’s social media platforms with fresh ideas and creative content
Write sharp, engaging and social-optimised copy in tailored styles
Video editing and photography skills would be an advantage
Contribute to the creative direction of the company
Previous digital marketing experience is essential

Job Specific Skills
Technology: Experience with Umbraco and Semrush would be an advantage
Time Management: Strong prioritising skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proven experience of digital marketing particularly across Google Ads, Paid Socials and SEO is essential
Strong analytical, communication and creative skills, with the ability to develop and adjust strategies to meet business goals to increase brand awareness and sales
Essential Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking individual who is confident using modern digital tools and is passionate about optimising TAG Aviation’s digital footprint:
Minimum of 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing
Experience with Adobe Creative Suites would be an advantage
Knowledge in photography and videography
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Recognised for accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English is essential
Exceptional creative flair and an intrinsic understanding of how to produce high quality, engaging content
Degree educated or equivalent experience in relevant area of study
A confident, forward thinking and collaborative team player with experience of working within a small, dynamic team
Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
