Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: The supervisor will oversee a team of 5 to 7 staff members involved in Production Planning, Procurement, and Stores functions.

  • Management of Aircraft Maintenance System: The role involves managing the CORRIDOR system used for Part-145 production.

  • Work Process Management: Ensuring that work and processes performed by the Planning & Logistics team comply with the company’s Maintenance Organization Exposition/Procedure (MOE & MOP).

  • Production Planning Oversight: Responsibilities include managing production planning activities, from work authorization to archiving & distribution.

  • Inventory Oversight: Responsibilities include managing store inventory, quarantine stores, and monitoring consumables’ shelf-life expiry.

  • Tools, Equipment Oversight: The supervisor will manage inventories related to tools, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), calibration schedules, and sourcing / purchasing additional equipment as needed.

  • Procurement Oversight: Responsibilities include managing procurement activities.

  • Vendor Compliance Management: Maintaining an approved vendor/supplier list to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.

  • Manpower Software Management: Overseeing software that tracks aircraft daily status, maintenance activities, and manpower control.

  • Training Organization: Organizing training courses as required by operations

  • Financial Support Coordination: Collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely billing after work completion.

  • After-Hours Support: Providing planning and logistics support outside regular hours from time to time as required by the production team.


Job requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience within a Part-145 organisation with focus on maintenance production planning and/or Store & Logistics functions.

  • Candidates should be familiar with scheduling, resource allocation, resource management, and workflow optimization specific to aircraft maintenance production environment.

  • Previous experience in supervision or management of personnel.

  • Good understanding of CAMP, CORRIDOR and CENTRIK systems.

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is ideal.

  • Holding a Hong Kong driver license class 2 would be an advantage.
