Job Responsibilities:

Training Program Administration:

  • Manage the scheduling, tracking, and documentation of part-145 training programs.

  • Maintain accurate training records of the Part-145 staff within CENTRIK.

 

Maintenance Operational Programs and Software’s:

  • Administration of the Maintenance Compliance Program within CENTRIK, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards

  • Administration of the Maintenance Management Program CORRIDOR.

  • Oversee the administration of the Maintenance Compliance Program within CENTRIK, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to compliance documentation and processes.

  • Administration of the Part-145 organisation folders within M365 TAE servers.

 

Vendor and Distributor Audits:

  • Coordinate and manage the annual audits program for various vendors and distributors.

  • Prepare documentation, and reports, ensuring timely completion and follow-up on findings.

 

Administrative Support:

  • Support the administrative tasks of the Maintenance Organization, including data entry, file management, and report generation.

  • Assist in the preparation of travels and logistics requirements for engineer’s outstation.

  • Administrate the various vehicles and equipment licenses airport annual renewal.

  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed, collaborating with different teams within the organization.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructions.

 

Other administrative functions:

  • Providing administrative support for planning and logistics activities, and other tasks related to Part-145 activities as required by the operations.

Job requirements

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or an equivalent field will be ideal. Relevant equivalent experience in the administrative field will be considered.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance support role or similar administrative position within the aviation or similar relevant field industry.

  • Experience candidates within the aviation industry will be preferred

 

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required

  • Holds a Hong Kong driver license class 2 would be ideal

  • Requires a customer-focused approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
