Office Coordinator - Maternity Cover (18 months)

Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys making things happen?

We are looking for an organised, professional and personable Office Coordinator to join our team on an 18-month maternity cover contract.

This is a varied role, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our office and providing a welcoming, efficient experience for employees, senior leaders and visitors. You will be a key point of contact for office operations, workplace activities and internal engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing reception and providing front-of-house service

  • Coordinating meetings, visitors, catering, post and deliveries

  • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, maintenance and supplies

  • Supporting workplace events, celebrations and employee engagement activities

  • Providing administrations and diary/travel support to senior leadership

  • Coordinating new starter onboarding and inductions

  • Supporting training, recognition initiatives and People team administration

  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Essential experience and skills

  • Previous experience in administration and office coordination

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Professionalism, discretion and strong attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience supporting senior leadership

  • Organising workplace events or employee engagement activities

  • Working within corporate or aviation environment would be advantageous.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Location: Farnborough Airport - Please note, this role is full-time office-based
