Sales Executive
An industry leading individual capable of maximizing TAG Aviation revenue through the provision of aircraft charter services to a broad spectrum of clients
Job requirements

We’re looking for someone who can:
Respond to inbound charter enquiries and assessing client requirements
Communicate and work with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals to assess their charter needs
Manage all aspects of charter flights from initial sale to scheduling to post-flight
Generate revenue for the company
Build up and manage own key accounts
Work as part of a team to reach individual & team targets, supporting colleagues
Liaise with other departments eg. Operations, Accounting, Aircraft Management, Crewing
Generate new business and leads
Assist in the management of key charter aircraft
Greet clients where possible when flying through Farnborough Airport
Provide ‘out-of-hours’ telephone cover from home during evenings and weekends – working on a rotation basis as part of the team
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate well and display good interpersonal skills
Make decisions, take initiative and work methodically
Be results oriented
Work well in a team; consult and share information with colleagues
Display analytical skills and strong commercial awareness
Work with all levels of Management and Supervision internally and externally
Promote the TAG reputation and brand
Some extra requirements we’d like to mention:
Essential
Previous experience in sales or recruitment
Good geographical knowledge
GCSE English and Maths A-C
Educated to at least A Level Standard or Equivalent
Well organised
Able to work under pressure
Effective time-management evidence
Highest levels of integrity
Good communication skills
Able to work well as part of a team
Desirable
Good knowledge of business jet aircraft
Knowledge of airports
Good understanding of aircraft performance
